Maria Rufina is a thriving businesswoman and founder of Q~Performance Consultant, a training provider in Malaysia. It caters for both Multinationals and SMIs in the area of HUMAN CAPITAL DEVELOPMENT.

Maria Rufina’s humble career began as a QA Engineer in an electronics factory. By sheer hardwork, she was promoted to a QA cum Training Manager. In her tenure here, she successfully led her team towards acquiring the coveted ISO 9002 certification for 2 branches. She also led several QCC teams towards becoming gold medalists in one of the QCC Conventions held by NPC. Besides, she also assisted in preparing the HQ for the Prime Minister’s Excellence Award.
